Certified Mobile Electification Center
Since 07/08/2024, SGI is the first Certified Mobile Electrification Center recognized and authorized by Parker Hannifin in Spain.
We are proud to have received this recognition and to be able to proactively collaborate with the Parker group.
Hybrid railcar development project
We are pleased to say that the first hybrid railcar for the maintenance of the Madrid METRO has already been presented.
Manufactured by UROMAC, SGI has designed and integrated the power and control electronics for the ePOWER TRAIN and the rest of the functions: traction, regeneration and control SW, as well as wiring and electronic components, have been an ambitious project carried out for months by our engineering team.
Congratulations to UROMAC for its final product, and thank you for trusting SGI as its system integrator. It is a milestone for metro line maintenance machines worldwide.
The first two machines have been approved and will go into operation this September, and the third will be presented at the next INNOTRANS fair (Berlin) in parallel.

SGI GROUP COLLABORATES WITH MADFORMULA TEAM
At SGI Group we are always looking to lend a hand to future generations.
That is why we collaborate with Parker by offering our help to MADFORMULA TEAM.
A few days ago, the young team visited our wiring factory facilities in Alcázar de San Juan.

SGI participated in the OPEN NAVANTIA
It was a tremendous honor for us to attend Open Navantia as a guest company, held at the Navantia Training Centre in San Fernando. This event brought together several companies, allowing us to learn firsthand about Navantia’s collaboration, bidding, and certification processes, as well as explore new opportunities for participation in its supply chain.
Participating in this initiative was very enriching for S.G.I., as it allowed us to explore new opportunities and understand how our solutions can be integrated into large-scale projects within the naval industry. Navantia actively seeks suppliers in the areas of electricity, electronic systems, manufacturing, and collaboration with companies that provide innovative and sustainable technological solutions. S.G.I. can contribute its approachable and professional work policy as a distinctive element.

Last weekend Alberto Gonzalez (CEO of Soluciones Generales de Ingeniería, first Certified Mobile Electrification Center in EMEA Region South of Parker Hannifin) was invited by Antonio Squitieri (Sales Specialist in Motion Systems of Parker Hannifin)to be special guest of CE Dealer Team at FIA World Rallycross Championship race in Montalegre (PT).
It was an amazing weekend of breathtaking races, full immersion into innovative technologies and real friendships.
